Common questions

Before you enrol

Who is this course for?+
Hardware engineers and PCB designers who want to move from trial-and-error to professional-grade boards. Works for engineers with basic electronics knowledge and experienced designers who want to fill gaps.
What software do I need?+
KiCad — completely free and open source. The design skills, methodology, and thinking you learn apply to any CAD tool: Altium, Cadence, Eagle, etc.
Do I need prior PCB design experience?+
We recommend having designed at least a few simple boards with a basic understanding of electronics. Complete beginners may find the pace fast in some sections.
Can I apply this to my current projects?+
Yes. The course is built around a real project and teaches practical techniques. Most students apply what they learn immediately to live projects alongside the course.
When can I start?+
Immediately after onboarding, which takes less than 24 hours. All 24 modules plus bonus content are available from day one.
Can I buy this for my team?+
Yes. Team pricing: Startup (3–5 engineers) €199/engineer, Enterprise (6+) €179/engineer. Each engineer gets their own login and full access. Use the company quote form for invoicing.
Do I receive an invoice?+
Yes. Skool sends an invoice by email after purchase.
Do I get a certificate?+
Yes. Certificate of completion upon finishing the course — shareable on LinkedIn.
